Having retired from football and worked as a builder for sometime, Craig became a Christian, attending the Surrey Campus of Hillsong Church with his wife Anna. In 2009 Craig and his wife started a small 'Connect Group' in Oxford. This is a smaller group which meets twice a month, for people to eat and talk, and has biblical origins. As that Connect Group grew, over the next 4 years to almost a hundred people, Craig and Anna were given the opportunity to plant a new Church in Oxford.

This is currently a monthly service, and meets at Oxford Town Hall, Craig and Anna Farley are the lead pastors. Attendance is currently more than 500 people at every service, with plans to move to weekly services during 2015 (venue to be confirmed)
