Erik Wiese (aka Eric Eldritch) is a storyboard artist and writer who currently works on the animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, beginning with his character development and design for the pilot "Help Wanted." After this he became the Co-Creator of the series The Mighty B!, where he directs all of the episodes.
He studied animation at the California Institute of the Arts.
Wiese’s other credits include The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie (storyboard artist, animator), Danny Phantom (lead storyboard artist), The Fairly OddParents (storyboard artist), Samurai Jack (writer and storyboard artist), Sammy (director), the animated Björk video for I Miss You, and Boo Boo Runs Wild (Layout/Character Layout/Assistant Director to John Kricfalusi.)
He is set to work as a storyboard artist and writer on The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water.
